Our services
It is our aim to offer you the most affordable dental care at the highest standard in Budapest. We have selected this beautiful city in part because of the availability of low-cost flights there. We work with one dental clinic and one dental staff, whose price lists differ slightly on certain items. This way, we can bring you the most reasonably priced solution.
We provide full service. We find accommodation at an appropriate price and book it for you if you prefer, arrange airport pick-up and transfer to your lodging, and have an English-speaking guide accompany you on your first visit to the clinic.
No pre-payment in your country!
We are a Hungarian-based company and all payments are made exclusively in Hungary. You will have no financial obligations for the treatment plan and treatment quotation. Your journey to Budapest will be arranged as follows:
1. Before you come to Budapest
- Fill in the contact form and we shall contact you. On the basis of a diagnosis from a dentist in your country, we shall prepare a treatment plan within 3 working days. If you can supply us with the most recent panoramic X-ray of your teeth, this will facilitate our developing a treatment plan with almost 100% precision. If you do have a recent panoramic X-ray, you can ask your dentist for a treatment plan and send it to us.
- We shall send the treatment plan and itinerary to you with no financial obligation. The only payment you will have to make in Budapest is an interpreter’s fee of €50.
2. Booking the flight and finding accommodation
Please refer to the Accommodation section. Should the website links to hotels be insufficient, please inform us of your projected daily budget and we shall find the appropriate accommodation. We shall reserve the hotel room or apartment you choose. You will pay for your accommodation and your dental treatment separately. After choosing your travel dates, please book your flight and inform us of the flight details so that we may arrange your pick-up from the airport.
3. Coming from the airport
You will be picked up either by the hotel’s pick-up service or our agency’s contact person. The trip to the city takes about 20-30 minutes. Our agency representative will meet you at the hotel and/or apartment and provide you with your itinerary. The next day, our guide will accompany you to the clinic. The dentists all speak Basic English.
3. First visit to the dentist
We shall make your first appointment with the dentist for the day after your arrival in Budapest. Having your X-rays will help, but the clinic will make any necessary X-rays so they can discuss the condition of your teeth with you in detail. If you agree to the treatment plan, you will sign the contract with the clinic and make a 50% advance payment. Major credit cards are accepted, and payment must be made in euros or Hungarian forints.
4. Further visits to the clinic
Our agency representative will accompany you at your request. Otherwise, we have located hotels and apartments close to the dental clinic. Our agency representative will assist you in buying a season ticket for Budapest public transport and provide you with a city map. Our agency representative will accompany you to your final appointment with the dentist to avoid any misunderstanding.
5. Post-treatment period
If necessary, the clinic will provide you with pain-killers. The dentist will also carry out all the necessary post-operative treatment.
6. Going home.
We shall arrange transfer to the airport. Please get in contact with us after your arrival home by phone or by e-mail.
IMPORTANT! Treatment will not begin before a written agreement is signed between the two parties. Though the professional standard of the dental staff is very high, one cannot exclude the possibility of post-operative complications in some cases. Should they arise, please contact us immediately. Please note that our agency is not responsible for your dental treatment as you will receive all guarantees and warranties from your Hungarian dentist.
