Hygiene standards

Hygiene is very important to us and generally not discussed enough.

Every item, material and equipment will be either disposable (i.e. thrown away after a single use) or will be sterilized / autoclaved. All non-disposable equipment is sterilized after every patient as there is a central sterilizer in the clinic.  During surgery, the staff wears gloves, masks, cap and eye protection for the patients’ protection. The EU standards and guidelines are highly respected.

Information safety

The clinic does not give any information about our patients to any third party. Its system is safe from external intrusion and access. The most up-to-date methods and systems are employed to guard all the systems and premises in terms of physical and virtual intrusion and access (e.g. security alarm system, cameras, hardware and software fire wall, virus filters, own server situated in vault, authentication, access hierarchy, event logs, etc.).

All the patients have the right to know what information is kept on her or him. Any patients at any time can instruct the clinic to delete all record kept on them.
